Wake up naturally, pint of electrolytes, shower, then a nice long walk in the sun passing nature and ending up along the sea.

Have my little yorkie put to sleep as she was suffering so much. I stayed with her and held her as they injected her. It broke my heart, 9yrs ago, and I still well up!

Where is your favorite place on Earth?

To stand on the seafront and look out across the water, on the Leas in Folkestone is my favorite, but in any country really!

If you woke up tomorrow and were in charge of EVERYTHING, what would be the first thing you would do to make the world a better place?

Ban cruelty to everyone and everything, which in turn would mean everyone was fed and sheltered.

My recent birthday presents from others and to myself… including a bag, so shallow but I love it, and I’ve worked blood hard.

If you could give a woman who is 10 years younger than you a single piece of advice, what would it be?

Get fit, get stronger, eat well, have fun, enjoy yourself, accept that it's okay if not everyone likes you, as long as you like yourself, and contribute what you can to a pension, but take the holidays and experiences.
