It was 2:00 in the morning when the idea came to me. Unable to sleep, I had just finished reading another celebrity interview

- polished, curated, completely out of touch with the lives of the women I knew -

and I couldn't stop thinking about the conversations I was having behind closed doors with my clients.

Real women talking about sex and love, grief and anger, and everything in between.

Women who felt profoundly, quietly alone in their experiences, and yet, the woman on the other end of our session was going through something that the woman in the next city was also going through.

We are all living through different versions of the same thing, evolving into different versions of ourselves,

and nobody was talking about it.

So, I decided to change that.

​

In April 2024, I launched the TLD HER: 20 Questions interview series - a project built on one simple premise: what happens when you ask real women the questions nobody else is asking, and let them answer anonymously?

What comes out is the truth. Raw, unfiltered, and more relatable than anything I'd ever read in a magazine.

Since then, over 30 million people around the world have read these interviews.

What started as a 2am idea has grown into a global community - proof of just how dynamic, complex,

and deeply human women are when they're given the space to be honest.

TLD HER was a natural extension of my coaching practice, where I help women get clear on what they actually want and build lives that feel good beneath the roles, the expectations,

and the versions of themselves they've been performing for everyone else.
