Devyn Penney is a self-development coach, author, and the founder of TLD HER - a platform born from a 2am revelation and a deep conviction that women are most powerful when they're given permission to tell the truth about their lives.

As a coach, Devyn works with women who are done living beneath societal expectations and ready to get clear on what they actually want. Her work sits at the intersection of identity, clarity, and self-trust, helping women peel back the conditioning, the roles they've been handed, and the versions of themselves they've built for everyone else's comfort, to find what's actually underneath.

Originally from Rhode Island and now based in New York City, Devyn has spent years in the room with women having the conversations most people are too afraid to have. TLD HER grew directly out of those rooms, a way to bring those conversations to the rest of the world.

She is the author of four books/workbooks on self-development and personal growth, and the creator of the TLD HER: 20 Questions interview series, which has reached over 30 million people worldwide.
