I’ve always been a firm believer in “when the time is right.” I have very good gut instincts, and if it’s the right time to do something, I’ll take it.

The dog.

What is the most impactful, published piece of writing you have read?

(this could be a book, a poem, an article, a study, etc.)

I’ve read so many wonderful books over the years, but the most impactful would have to be a novel that I read for my English studies, “The Trick is to Keep Breathing” by Janice Galloway, a Scottish author. It’s about the mental demise of a young woman, and it’s so well written. I’ve read it a few times at different stages of my life, and I always take a different meaning from it.

Throw myself into helping other people.

 Your feelings are valid.

What is something that your future self needs to hear from you?

You did everything you could.

Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if you had made a different decision, and do you wish you had?

No, I allow myself to live without regrets.

If money were no object, what is one thing you would have an unlimited supply of?

Rescue animals.

I’ll take a nap!

I’ve continued to be successful in my career and continue to grow as a person.

Getting up every day and getting on with it when I couldn’t go on.

BONUS: Tell me something good.

I am surrounded by so many wonderful people who care for me, and I am very lucky to have them in my life.
