Is there a moment in your life where preparation has met opportunity? Did you take it?

Yes! Absolutely, when the stars align, you've got to take the opportunity and run with it.

In a room full of people, who are you looking for?

The pets, probably!

What is the most impactful, published piece of writing you have read?

Turn inward.

When I am self-loving, I tend to…

Create.

Loved, appreciated, and understood.

What is something that your future self needs to hear from you?

Thank you for thinking of me.

Do you ever wonder what your life would be like if you had made a different decision, and do you wish you had?

I've thought about this so many times, but I wouldn't want to change where I am now.

Yarn!

That I will do something incredibly impulsive. Probably to my hair.

What is the most unexpected thing that has ever happened to you?

Meeting my future husband online in the early 2000's.

Describe a time that you were in awe of your own courage or bravery:

Probably when I got through a month-long psychotic episode and rebuilt my life.

BONUS: Tell me something good.

Spring is here! Winter passed for me without a months-long depressive episode for the first time in years!
