Not to take anything personal.

When I am on stage, making people laugh.

Surrounded by my closest girlfriends.

I’m not one to avoid things. I run to conflict like a moth to a flame.
Have you ever confronted a fear? How did it go?
I am working right now on letting go of any fears that I might have. It’s not easy.
What is one promise that you have kept to yourself?
That I would keep going regardless of the roadblocks.

To love and cherish them.
How do you cope with stress?
Walking in the park alone helps me reboot.

When I sold my first TV special.

I don’t, I have to learn how to figure that one out.

In the old days I always had to be right in an argument; now I actually admit when I’m wrong.

I wish I was less hovering as a mom.

Not to do things because other people want me to. I do what I WANT

When I’m onstage telling jokes.

When my anxiety starts up.

People are so afraid of getting old when it’s been a joy to age. I have a lot of aches and pains, but it’s certainly better than the alternative.
