If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do with it?
I’d spend it outside - barefoot in the grass, journaling under the trees, dipping my toes into the cold creek, or meditating in the sun. Just breathing and listening to nature until my energy feels soft again.
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
“Trust what’s meant for you won’t miss you.” It’s simple, but it always brings me back to peace when I start overthinking timelines or outcomes.
What is the worst piece of advice you have ever received?
“Stop being so sensitive.” Turns out my sensitivity is my superpower, it’s where my magic lives.
When have you felt most accepted?
When I’m with people who see all of me - the mystic, the dreamer, the feeler - and don’t need me to tone it down or explain it away.
When have you felt most supported?
When my husband believes in my ideas before I even finish saying them, or when a client tells me a session helped them remember their magic.
Is there anything you are avoiding?
Surrender. Part of me still clings to control, even though I know the universe moves smoother when I release my grip. But why is it so damn hard?!
Have you ever confronted a fear? How did it go?
Yes! Launching my life & spiritual coaching business was terrifying and thrilling all at once. I confronted the fear of being seen, and it turned out that visibility brought connection, not rejection.
What is one promise that you have kept to yourself?
To never shrink my spiritual voice again.
What is one promise that you have kept to someone else?
To always show up with love and honesty - especially in my marriage and my friendships. I am known for sharing how I feel in the moment, which serves as a mirror in my relationships. Some people rise to the occasion, and some avoid their reflection.
How do you cope with stress?
Baths, tarot pulls, candlelight scrying, long talks with my guides, talking things through with my sweet husband, and remembering to come back to my breath through meditation.
What is a moment you are most proud of?
Building my business from pure intuition and a dream — turning a spark of inspiration into something that actually helps people. This vision came to me (as I spent a decade as a middle school chorus teacher) in a quiet dream many moons ago, and here I am.
How do you celebrate yourself?
With a spell, music, good food, immersing myself in nature, or pulling a tarot card just to say “thank you” to the Universe and to myself.
What is something that you feel like you have to earn?
Success – even though I know I shouldn’t. I still catch myself trying to “prove” my worth through productivity.
What is something you feel like you are inherently worthy of?
Love, rest, clear communication, reciprocity, pure intentions, and creative freedom.
When was the last time you changed your mind?
Recently – I chose logic over emotion in a big decision. It was bittersweet but empowering. Growth sometimes sounds like silence instead of fireworks.
Is there anything you wish you could take back?
Only the times I’ve doubted my intuition and looked for validation outside myself – especially in friendships where my light was met with envy instead of love. My intuition always knew who was genuine and invested in me. My energy deserves reciprocity and not resentment.
What does being true to yourself mean?
Honoring your energy before expectations. Living like your soul is the compass, not the clock.
When do you feel in control?
When I’m grounded in ritual – morning candlelight, tarot, journaling, and a clear to-do list. As an 8th house Capricorn stellium, I create a daily list and infuse it with my spiritual practice.
When do you feel out of control?
I feel out of control when my mind gets louder than my spirit – when I start grasping for answers instead of trusting the unfolding.
Finish this sentence: It’s my life and…
It’s my life and I’m done dimming my light to make others comfortable. I am following the pull of my own North Star.
BONUS: Tell me something good.
The universe is quietly rearranging everything in my favor, and I can feel it!
