What is the most important part of your daily routine?

Coffee. It’s my daily little treat. Wish I had something more profound to say but recently I’ve been pretty down and not exactly interested in my routine. Getting better though!

What is your current happiness most dependent on?

Mental health. Going through some life changes, like a recent breakup, and I’m really working on changing my mindset and reinforcing positive self talk.

What do you wish you were less reliant on?

Romantic love and body image.

When do you question yourself?

Mostly when I choose to doom scroll tiktok instead of doing something productive.

What is something that has positively impacted how you perceive your self-worth?

Oddly, my recent breakup. I’m really learning a lot and trying to give myself a lot of grace.

What is something you have forgiven yourself for?

Conflict with my Dad before his unexpected passing.

What is something you have forgiven someone else for?

The indiscretions of my Dad.

How do you ground/center yourself?

Alone time, self-care, or a bubble bath.

What is one thing that helped you through your most difficult time?

My Mom <3

Have you ever felt like the best version of yourself? When?

It truly wasn’t until last year. 2023 was one of the hardest years of my life. 2024 was all about realizing my strength and learning that healing is not linear.

What is something you fundamentally disagree with?

Politics and the current state of our country.

What is something you know for sure?

I know that I will always have my own back and catch myself when I fall.

What are three of your non-negotiables in romantic relationships?

1.  Shared values

2.  Empathy

3.  Communication

When do you feel most comfortable in your own skin?

It depends. Sometimes when I’m at home in my lounge clothes with no makeup, and sometimes when I’m done up in a cute outfit.

Have you ever been in awe of something/someone? When?

Yes. My Mom. Always. Her strength is something I aspire to have and hopefully be able to teach my own daughter one day.

What is the best (physical/material) gift you have ever received?

My first Christmas after my Dad passed, my best friend gifted me a personalized record with all of mine and my Dad’s favorite songs with a voicemail he left me at the end. Truly so special.

What is one thing you wish you had said ‘yes’ to in the past?

Plans with friends.

What is one thing you will always say ‘no’ to in the future?

Mediocre and stagnant people.

What do you believe is your most attractive quality?

Confidence and humor.

What/who do you want to be when you grow up?

No matter what I do I just want to be happy and healthy. (Or a stay-at-home-human with lots of mysterious income)

BONUS: Tell me something good.

For the first time in my life I feel fulfilled in my career.
