What is the first thing you do when you wake up?
Breathe and check in with my body. Access how I'm feeling. Sit in bed for a bit to set intentions for the day. Then, make my bed, get up, let my dogs out, feed them, make coffee for myself, and sit outside with them.
Have you ever felt genuine fulfillment? When?
Yesterday after work. I felt fulfilled with how it went, the people I met, and the money I made.
What is your most repetitive, negative thought?
You will always have to self sacrifice for love.
What is your most repetitive, positive thought?
That I will have a dog rescue one day and be able to save more animals.
What is one thing that surprised you about adulthood?
How messy life really is. Like I mean not ‘pretty’ like the fairytales. Example - even if you get the pretty house, you still have trash and ugly trash cans to put outside once a week. Not like the fairytales I wanted. And the bills. How much everything actually costs.
What are three things you want to put every woman onto?
1. Self-awareness - noticing the patterns of your subconscious
2. Discernment - not just with people you allow in your space, but the music you allow yourself to listen to and shows you allow yourself to watch.
3. Podcasts - finding someone you resonate with and tuning into their content. Can help slow you down and not feel the need to talk to someone all the time.
Rank the following from most to least important:
money, food, sex, love, and laughter (feel free to explain or don’t).
Laughter, love, money, food, sex
How has your relationship with your parents/ guardians changed in adulthood?I want space. I feel like you see them as human, and still love them of course, but I feel like I’ve needed years to process it.
When do you feel most like yourself?
When I am outside and feel confident. Maybe with a drink or two in me. Surrounded by true friends.
What is the best compliment someone has ever given you?
I feel so refreshed after being with you.
I love the way you think.
You are the best dog mom.
How do you feel about falling in love?
I want to do it all the time. Oh wait, I do. With no discernment HAHA I think it’s apart of life. A big part of experiencing what it’s meant to be human. Seeing someone outside of you and loving them, or even realizing you thought you were falling in love but really you created a narrative in your head. Falling in love reveals TRUTH - by exposing what is not.
What is one thing you’re sick of hearing?
“You need to make more money.”
How often do you feel alone?
Often.
What is one thing you hope everyone experiences in their lifetime?
Rescuing a dog. Giving it a life that they thought wasn’t possible.
What is one thing you hope no one has to experience in their lifetime?
Being delivered a gift you prayed years for, and not being ready to receive it.
What is the best decision you’ve ever made?
To start my own business.
When do you feel most at ease?
When my dogs have eaten and are tired from exercise and its the end of the day.
What does having a successful life mean to you?
Having deep loving connections - specifically friendships and family. Being financially abundant, being able to afford anything you need and live comfortably. Fulfilling my soul purpose and living in my truth.
How often do you think about your body?
Often. And I will hyper-focus on it if anything is off-putting in my life OR if I'm bored and need chaos.
When do you ask for help?
Whenever I want.
What is something you feel strongly about?
Criminal punishments for backyard breeders. Spay and neuter contracts. Limits of litters for female dogs. Making euthanasia in shelters more strict so they can't just kill a bunch of dogs.
BONUS: Tell me something good.
I made healthy decisions this week to prioritize my safety and well-being. I am finally turning my energy back into myself.
