What is your first thought every morning?

Give gratitude for my health, life, husband and clients. I thank the universe for all the good things in my life each and every morning and evening!

What is something you do solely for you?

I get two massages every week, eyelashes, facials and nails every other week. I never used to do any self-care, but I know the importance of it for my well-being.

What is something you dread?

Speaking to my mother, which isn’t often. She is just super negative and judgmental. She refuses to do any work on herself, and when you are someone who has done so much inner work, it makes it challenging at times to be around people who haven’t done any or who don’t understand why you have.

What is something you are looking forward to?

I look forward to every day. I used to dread going to work until I left corporate and went out on my own.  Now, every day is a wonderful and I look forward to what the day brings.  The beauty of deciding to slow travel four years ago, is that it looks very different than it does for a normal person who gets up and goes to work.

When do you feel most accomplished?

When I continue to do the shadow work necessary for me to live my most authentic life.

What is something you regret investing in financially?

My ex-husband.

What is something you regret investing in emotionally?

Trying for years to make my relationship with my sister work. It did me so much harm its insane for me to think about now.  We hadn’t spoken to each other in two years, then two years ago I thought things would be different and better… they weren’t. The only thing that came out of it was more heartache for me and the acceptance that sometimes your biggest hater is a family member.  It was a necessary and hard lesson for me to learn, but for the first time in my life I don’t feel guilty about our relationship anymore. I feel content in the decision to go no contact.

What are three things you think are absolutely worth the investment?

(financially, emotionally, or time/energy-wise)

  1. Inner Child Work – really getting clear on your triggers and traumas

  2. Learning the stock market and ETF’s

  3. Learning now to meditate and sit in silence

When do you feel most creative?

When I wake up every day and go do my grounding and meditation work.  After is when I write all my content out for my IG page.  It’s when I come up with the best advice to give others.

How often do you compare yourself to others? When?

Very rarely do I do this, it always leads to disappointment.

What is one thing you’d like to thank your past self for?

For forgiving myself and others who hurt me.

What is one thing you believe about your future self?

That I have the skills to always live my life to the fullest and be happy.

What is one thing you learned in childhood that you have now had to unlearn in adulthood?

That some people don’t deserve to be parents and that it is okay to not like the ones you have.

Have you ever felt pure joy? When?

2020 and ongoing. I finally healed my inner child and truly worked on myself. It has been freeing learning what really was making me be the person I was and the person I want to be

What is something that would feel really good to get off your chest?

That I am extremely embarrassed to be Jewish and a US Citizen right now to the point that I don’t tell anyone anymore.  It is embarrassing how much money for wars we have funded, and how much we as a nation have allowed AIPAC to be in every thread of our government.

When do you feel most in your feminine energy?

When I am helping people change their lives, feelings and thoughts about money.

What is one interaction that changed your life?

I had an Akashic Reading a few years ago and it literally blew my mind and changed how I viewed my life and my ancestors.

What is something you want to give up?

Alcohol, it’s such a waste. I don’t drink much, just socially, but I still wonder why every single time.

What is something you want to take up?

I want to spend my spare time volunteering at a dog/cat shelter.

What do you believe is a universal truth?

Comparison is the thief of joy.

BONUS: Tell me something good.

That finally, at 55, I feel very good about my life and where I am headed.  That hasn’t always been the case, and it feels amazing!
